The two ladies at Premier Family Eyecare were extremely helpful in getting our daughter's prescription faxed from our hometown optometrist, and getting us another pair, in a short period of time. I travel allot and need to have businesses that are willing to work around a very tight and variable schedule. This facility does not provide this service. Went to this doctor in June for a routine checkup because of the closeness to my residence and the fact that they accept my insurance. I then left the area for just over a month. When I returned and went to get my new glasses, the prescription was wrong...I could not see at all from one eye and the other was fine in the office. The doctor retested me and issued a new prescription. 10 days later the new prescription came in. I tried them for 3 days of squinting and trying to make them work and finally decided to take them back. At this point the main receptionist was rude, unwilling to help, and only continued to state their policy without listening to me (the customer...remember???). I was traveling in the next few days and they could not get me in for a retest until after I had already left. I asked for a refund and was rudely refused while being lectured on their policy. it is now late August. They took my money and I am stuck with a pair of glasses that only have one use...headaches.
Great Company. Some one in my family works out of town and was leaving in less then a week when he lost his glasses. They where VERY accommodating to him and the receptionist ordered his lens and frames in a matter of minutes. Extremely grateful.
