Totally unreliable. Had to repeatedly call the company to remind them to come out and do an estimate for me. Kevin finally showed up with nothing but excuses. Said he would mail me an estimate. It has now been 3 weeks and still no estimate even though I have called several times asking for it. It's obvious that he absolutely doesn't care about customer service.
