Worth the 25 minute wait on this Friday night. Buffalo meat ground fresh today..superb burgers! Carmel pecan bread pudding and peach cobbler topped off this wonderful dinner. Friendly staff, and met a wonderful couple next to us from Casper,Wyoming.
Absolutely worth the wait. This was the best burger I have had in a long time, if not the best. I ordered the fried pickles and mozzarella appetizers and our family loved them. Everyone, even my hard to please 4 year old, ate their burger. A solid thumbs up from my son, and the wife and I just kept saying how awesome the burgers were to each other. If I didn't have to drive 10 hours the next day I would have been more adventurous and ordered the hot grandma, but the thought of a gut full of delicious jalapeños was probably not the best plan.
If you have the chance to stop by, do it. And follow the instructions on the napkin dispenser "Ketchup is for fries. Try your burger before you put anything on it"
Pretty good burger. I ordered the western with baked beans as the side. It came out quickly, and tasted as good as I had hoped. I saw my wife's fries and wanted those instead of beans, so I tried a few of them too. Fantastic fries. The beans were very good, but on the sweet side. I think they would have been perfect with another burger, but the western had BBQ Sauce And What not. Don't get me wrong, I ate it all, and would do so again. Service was great.
Had to get a bison burger because we are in SODAK! They had my favorite Michigan beer on tap. Their bread is just as good as everyone says. I'd recommend the beans as a side!
Place opens at 5 and there was a line on either side of the door at 4:30. However getting in line at 445 we were seated and waited on (with good service) right away. Food was the best we had while in Custer. Highly recommend. Just give extra time to wait to be seated.
