The hotel itself is nice enough, location is great, staff are fantastic, but we noticed many maintenance issues during our stay that were concerning. The hot tub was not working properly, some cleaning issues etc..
Hopefully they will improve on those areas in the future because everything else was great.
Great location, friendly staff, very clean and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
We got in late, and they were very accommodating in getting all of our rooms, and helping us with getting everyone settled. We ran a church mission trip, and it was important to have everyone settled as quickly as possible. They were very accommodating at that, and we really appreciated their efforts.

The employees have treated us with sincere respect and care. The room has been spotless. The pool area is nice, and there are conveniences for guests on every floor.
