Camped at Beaver Lake Camground in Sept, 2017. Great location and very friendly. Would stay again and recommend
The campground is clean and well run. It has all the basics that you need plus a couple extra features like WiFi and TV just in case you're tired of the outdoors. The landscape is beautiful with lots of pine trees surrounding the cabins and the surrounding areas. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We showed up an hour late to check in but they were still happy to have us and were very understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice inexpensive campground which happens to be close to all the main attractions in the area.
This is a well run campground. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Restrooms are nicely designed and clean. Lots of pine trees shade many campsites. Sites are spacious with adequate space between sites. Cable TV and the pool and water slide are extras that few competing campgrounds offer. Their season is longer than most.
Stayed 11 nights and no complaints. Everyone very friendly. Beautiful campground! Will definitely stay here again if we vacation South Dakota.
