To be honest, it's kind of a run down place. Beds weren't very comfy, and the pillows were flat. Light switches are just for show, lamps only. A few of the outlets didn't work, and a few electrical junction boxes were completely exposed (no cover). For it's price it was a good place though. Also disappointed that the pool was closed, August is a hot month, even in the 'mountains'.
2 wks ago. I have never written a review but this needs one. I booked way ahead of time. The room we had was in the back, 2nd floor. The wooden steps need repaired. The carpet at top of steps had a big worn hole just waiting for an accident. The carpet in the room was dirty. The springs on the beds were bare. No bed skirt or spring cover. The toilet seat cover had not been cleaned behind it in a long time!! $109.91 for this. Room 206. The pictures in the ad I believe are old. It does not look like them. I do not know how they pass inspection for insurance. I would not recommend this to anyone. Their adjoining motel looked like it might be a little better.
Rooms were reasonably priced and the motel room was very clean. Parking near your room and didn't have to walk down hallways. Breakfast needs some improvement though.
A clean room and bathroom is all I was hoping for, that's why I found this hotel pleasantly surprising. It's located in the middle of town near gas stations and restaurants with good parking. It's nothing fancy, but has a near new feel (at least in the 2 story section to the right of the offices of this hotel, the other side seems much older), no bad smells, nice TV with sat., cold frigde, etc. Would stay here again for the price.
This is a basic hotel that serves the needs. It was clean and had good customer service. It was great for the price.
